THE PROCESS

Quotation Process

The quotation process starts with an intake interview in which the customer requirements, project goals, choice of materials, budget and planning are discussed, and if necessary the location is inspected. Based on this, technical advice is given on composite materials and applications, taking into account requirements such as load-bearing capacity, wear resistance and maintenance. An exclusive quotation is then drawn up with an overview of materials, costs, transport, installation and project planning, in which alternative solutions or optimizations are discussed. After possible combinations, the quotation is approved and finally confirmed by the customer.

Preparation and Planning

During the preparation and planning phase, detailed drawings and technical specifications are developed and coordinated with architects and other stakeholders. Materials are ordered from suppliers, with delivery times and availability being carefully monitored. Logistics planning includes organising transport, storage and delivery on site, including any customs formalities. Finally, all stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers and contractors, are informed of the planning and expectations to ensure smooth execution.

Execution

The substrate is checked and any adjustments, such as leveling, are carried out. The installation team is coordinated to install the natural stone or ceramic according to the technical specifications and drawings, with attention to details such as joint width and water tightness. During installation, progress is monitored to ensure compliance with quality standards. After installation, a thorough quality control is carried out to check for material damage, finish and symmetry, with any deviations quickly corrected.

Delivery

Upon delivery, the entire project is inspected together with the customer to ensure that everything has been carried out to satisfaction. A delivery report is drawn up, in which the customer's approval is recorded. In addition, all relevant documentation, such as maintenance instructions and warranty certificates, are transferred to the customer. Advice is also given on periodic cleaning and maintenance to ensure the durability of the materials.

MARVIN LEIJTEN FOUNDER

My passion for natural stone began over 15 years ago and has only grown since then. What has always appealed to me is the beauty and unique details of each piece of natural stone. No two pieces are the same, and that is what makes working with this material so special. Every project is an opportunity to create something unique, where I can fully use my eye for detail and love of craftsmanship.
