About Casa de Madera
Founder Emiel Joosten
Emiel, from origen dutch, attended a college in Tilburg, specialized in insurances. He left for the Costa Blanca in 1996.
He owned a successful insurance agency in Altea before moving to Mallorca in 2015. Through his newly started activity of renting out holiday villas for an international tour operator, he discovered his passion for beautiful properties on the island.
Due to his extended network and the trust he had built with homeowners the step towards selling houses was taken.

Building your timber Frame House structure in 10-14 days
high quality PREFABRICATED WOODEN HOUSES FROM EUROPE
Short construction periods:
from design to production and installation will take about 3 - 4 months. the superstructure is build within 10 - 14 days and your frame house is ready to live in and enjoy in about 6 months.
Affordable cost:
Start at 350 Euro/ per m2 for a basic preset, 450 for a standard and 650 for a passive preset, EXcl. VAT, transport and montage.
Low maintenance costs:
Heating costs are much lower compared to conventional homes, if you choose the standard or passive preset.

Our first contact was made after a web search for timber frame producers that could help us build our house. The contact has been pleasant and professional from start to finish, with clear steps and deliverables along the way, moving from the design phase to the actual composition of each of the walls, complemented with several calculations on the load bearing capacity and a final product that was made to measure and exactly like we agreed. They were pro-actively helping to make several design/construction choices to adapt the design of the house to their specific working methods. The prefabricated timber frame came with clear instructions and was quick to assemble, resulting in the entire frame to have been built in 7 working days with a crew of 4. We really appreciate the contribution that your staff made to make our house a reality!

Excellent customer support clear contract and superb product made my purchase memorable. I order a prefab on my custom design. They proceeded to do all the calculations based on the roof load I usually get with snow in Sweden. Once I approved the technical drawings they built it, numbered it a load it on two 18 wheeler truck shipped by ferry and delivered it to me. During the process I added a garage, then all windows and doors, always very accurate with estimates so much that since we needed only two trucks and I had originally paid for three, they promptly return that cost to my bank account.
